Join the MAD Basketball Academy Coaching Team
Are you passionate about mentoring young athletes and shaping the future of basketball? MAD Basketball Academy is looking for dedicated volunteer coaches to join our program and help develop the next generation of elite players.

At MAD Basketball Academy, we believe in providing young athletes with the highest level of training, competition, and mentorship. As a volunteer coach, you’ll have the opportunity to work with talented athletes, gain valuable coaching experience, and make a lasting impact on players both on and off the court.
Coaching Requirements
To ensure the best development for our athletes, all Head Coaches must:

Have a current USA Basketball Gold License or be in the process of obtaining one

Be NCAA certified or working toward certification
Additionally, interested Head Coaches must be:

At least 21 years old to coach a high school team

At least 18 years old to coach a middle school team
Coaching Benefits
While this is a volunteer position, MAD Basketball Academy covers transportation and hotel accommodations for coaches traveling with their teams. Coaches must travel together and be willing to share hotel rooms with one or more fellow coaches.

Ensure that equipment and facilities meet safety standards and are appropriate to the level of the athletes.

Seek to learn the latest coaching practices that take into account the principles of growth and development of athletes.
